At Mr. G Grooming Ltd, we aim to get your premium beard care products (OASIS Beard Oil, NOIR Beard Butter, and future items) to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are our current shipping details, times, costs, and important notes.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking details (where available).

2. Shipping Times & Carriers

  • UK Orders
    • Delivered via Royal Mail (Tracked 48 or similar service).
    • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
    • Most UK orders arrive within 3 working days, but Royal Mail estimates are not guaranteed.
  • International Orders (including EU, US, and rest of world)
    • Delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked or equivalent.
    • Estimated delivery: Allow up to 10 working days from dispatch (often 5–10 days depending on location).
    • US orders typically arrive in 7–14 calendar days, but customs clearance can add extra time.

Important: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier issues, customs processing (international), adverse weather, or peak periods (e.g., Christmas).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.
  • Free UK shipping on orders over [insert threshold if you offer it, e.g., £30; otherwise remove this line].
  • International shipping rates vary by country — view exact cost during checkout.
  • We do not mark parcels as “gifts” or declare lower values for customs purposes.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • For orders outside the UK, you (the recipient) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your country.
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable directly to your local customs authority.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot refund them.

5. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

  • UK orders: If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at help@getmrg.co.uk with your order number and tracking info. We will liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf.
  • International orders: Delays beyond 20 working days or lost parcels — we will investigate with the courier and may offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) once the investigation concludes.
  • Damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund (including return postage if needed).

6. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (Royal Mail or courier-specific).
  • Track your order directly on the Royal Mail website or the courier’s portal.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • If you need to change the address after placing the order, contact us immediately — changes may not always be possible once processed.
