  • All products (e.g., OASIS Beard Oil, NOIR Beard Butter) are described on the Website as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration only and colours may vary slightly.
  • Prices are in GBP (£), include VAT where applicable, and exclude delivery costs (shown at checkout).
  • We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice.
  • Orders are offers to buy. We accept your order (and a contract is formed) only when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Payment

  • We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Full payment is required at checkout.
  • You confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
  • We do not store full card details — Stripe processes payments securely.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days
  • Delivery times are estimates only (2-5 working days UK, International orders can take up to 10 working days).
  • We use reliable couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD). Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs (international orders), or incorrect addresses.
  • International orders may incur customs duties/taxes — these are your responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Right to cancel: You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel (Cooling-off Period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
  • To cancel: Email sales@getmrg.co.uk within 14 days, stating your order number and reason.
  • Return goods unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase within 14 days of notifying us.
  • We refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
  • Exceptions: No returns on opened/sealed hygiene products (e.g., beard oils/butters once seal broken) unless faulty.
  • Faulty/damaged items: Contact us within 30 days. We offer repair, replacement, or refund (including postage).
  • Refunds go to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (logos, text, images, designs) is owned by Mr. G Grooming Ltd or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide products “as is” and do not guarantee they will suit every individual (patch test recommended).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect/consequential loss (e.g., lost profits, data).
  • Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product(s) in question.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
